MUSIC NEWS: BEYONCE'S new album will be released in SEPTEMBER

Well it’s official, Columbia Records started making strides to push Beyonce’s  fourth Studio album titled “4″ back to September. The record label made the decision late Wednesday evening in an emergency meeting. Record executives at Columbia Records felt that a leak of the 3 weeks was too  severe and would hurt record sales. 

Columbia records cancelled all printing orders for the album until further notice.

Solid sources tell us that Jay Z who is reportedly head of Beyonce’s new management team agrees with the record label but Beyonce does not. Beyonce reportedly called her own emergency meeting in London. Word around Beyonce’s Camp is that Beyonce is now contemplating making an emergency trip back to the states to personally plead her case to Columbia Records.

Sources say that Jay Z wants to pick an entire new set of songs (minus the singles that have already been released). However, Columbia wants Beyonce to redo the entire album over because they feel the other songs Beyonce turned in are too concept edgy and extreme and fear they want play well in America and Beyonce, sources say is worried about making the Grammy’s September deadline.

BEYONCE GETS KIDS MOVING IN HARLEM & VIDEO

Today will probably be the most memorable school day for students at Harlem's P.S. 161 middle school. It was supposed to be an average Tuesday, until Beyonce came storming through the gym doors to teach the students the dance moves from her "Move Your Body" video. Beyonce's appearance is part of Michelle Obama's "Let's Move! Flash Workout" campaign to help curb childhood obesity.

While Beyonce was getting the Harlem kids moving, the First Lady was in Washington D.C. learning some dance moves with students at a DC school. Mrs. Obama did the dougie, running man and cha cha with the students before singing the praises of Beyonce.

“Beyonce is one of my favorite performers on the planet. And when she agreed to remake her video and do this ‘Let’s Move’ flash workout, I was so excited, because this is what we’ve been talking about—that exercise and moving can be fun,” Mrs. Obama said. “It’s about dancing, it’s about moving.”

People Magazine Names Beyonce The Most Beautiful Woman In The World! (Cover Shoot Footage)

People has released its annual list of beautiful faces, and for 2012, Beyonce was named World's Most Beautiful Woman, according to the magazine, beating out 178 other women on the list.

Beyonce, 30, attributes her beauty to the recent birth of daughter Blue Ivy Carter on January 7 with husband Jay-Z, 42.

"I feel more beautiful than I've ever felt because I've given birth," Beyonce, 30, told People. "I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this earth."'

 

Senior Editor Alexis Chiu said on The Today Show that Beyonce is "flawless, she's gorgeous, she's at the top of her game career-wise, she's this music icon at 30 years old and on top of it she has this glow going on ... She's a new mom."

However, this is not the first time Beyonce has topped the list; Actually, it is her ninth time being named People's World's Most Beautiful Woman, just behind Nicole Kidman, who was named 10 times, and Julia Roberts, named 13 times. Last year, Jennifer Lopez was named World's Most Beautiful by People.

NEW MUSIC: Beyonce - 'PARTY' Ft. Andre 3000

Another new song from Beyonce Knowles has been embraced by music fans. Titled "Party", it's a low-key number which has some feel-good vibes. A throwback to '80s, the breezy sound which is combined with Beyonce's smooth vocals makes this song worth of repeats.

"Your touch is driving me crazy/ I can't explain the way I feel/ Tuck down with the radio on/ And the night belong to us," Beyonce croons. "Just hold me close, don't let me go."

The song which was produced by Kanye West, features Andre Benjamin aka Andre 3000, is confirmed to appear among new materials in Beyonce's soon-to-be-released studio album "4". It comes from production hands of rap mogul Kanye West and top notch music maker Consequence.

Led by women-empowerment single "Run the World (Girls)", the album is going to be released across the United States on June 28. Its second single "Best Things I Never Had" recently made its way out and has already received positive response from most of her fans.

SPOTTED: Beyonce & Baby Blue in NYC

 

Beyonce, 30, and her 2-month-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter were spotted running errands in NYC today. Beyonce is cradling Blue Ivy in a fur baby swing carrier.

Beyonce, who wore a grey sweater and jeans, went into a few office buildings in NYC on Tuesday afternoon. Her  bodyguard, Julius, helped her in and out of her custom coach. Beyonce and Blue Ivy were also accompanied by Blue Ivy’s grandmother, Tina Knowles.

BEYONCE RELEASES ALBUM ARTWORK & RELEASE DATE

After finally premiering the music video for her single ‘Run the World (Girls),’ Beyonce has released the cover for her upcoming album, ’4.’ Set to hit shelves on June 28, the album is said to have been recorded between the Spring of 2009 and the Spring of 2010, during the time that Bey was taking a break from the limelight. During her hiatus, she listened to an eclectic mix of music, and the variety of influences will definitely shine through on the album.

Beyonce decided on 4 as the title after a fan name Shykeem Smith suggested it to her. It made perfect sense as both her and husband Jay-Z’s birthdays are on the 4th, so is their wedding anniversary, and this is her 4th studio album.

With her album being only a little over six weeks away, get ready for a Beyonce summer.

Beyonce, 29, was seen shooting a music video for her next single, entitled “Girl” due out this week or next. The picture is very grainy because it was taken with a long zoom lens. The music video will feature fashions by Bey’s favorite designer of the moment, Roberto Cavalli. According to a Stan over on the Beyonce World forums who heard “Girl”:

“…the song starts with drums, and u heard them chanting girl in the back i think. (again its muffled but i get it) then the Pon di floor beat drops added with another beat. Then Bey comes on and Says GIRL!!! We run this mother F-cking Ish! she says it like 3-4 times… Then she say Who Run The World? Girl! Who the run world? Girl. Who Run this Mother?! Beyonce stops by 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon'/ Plugs Kelly Rowland Album

Making her promotional rounds, Beyonce Knowles-Carter was in the house at “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” last night (July 28).

The “Run the World (Girls)” singer chatted with Fallon about her year off, visiting the Great Wall of China, and her latest album 4.

Beyonce also showed of her new fragrance Pulse, which all audience members received their own free bottle. Mrs. Knowles-Carter also showed Kelly Rowland some support by telling everyone to go out and get her recent debut 'HERE I AM'!!

And no visit would be complete without a live performance- Beyonce sang “Best Thing I Never Had” with The Roots backing her up.

Rita Ora told U.S. Glamour magazine that she is in awe of Beyonce Knowles for being so successful

Rita Ora believes Beyonce Knowles ‘can’t be human’ because she is so successful.

The R.I.P singer is signed to the record label of Beyonce’s husband Jay-Z and while Rita is grateful for the rapper’s backing, it is his wife who impresses her the most.

Rita, 21, grew up listening to the music of Beyonce’s Destiny’s Child and says the singer  - who gave birth to her and Jay-Z’s daughter Blue Ivy in February - is out of this world for being so successful in both her personal and professional lives. 

Rita refused to open up to the magazine about her alleged relationship with Rob Kardashian

Neatly side-stepping the question, the pretty blonde would only say that although Rob and hisfamous family live their lives in the public eye, she is essentially a private person. 

Rita is known for her trademark red lipstick and says she has no plans to change her look and will leave the industry looking the same as she does now. 

While most artists would baulk at the inevitable fame that comes with a successful career, Rita insists she doesn’t care as long as people listen to her music.

The star is set to release her eagerly-awaited debut album ORA in September and previously promised it will 'shock fans.'

She said: 'It's going to be a shock, but in a good way.

'It brings together a few different aspects of music I've loved and listened to growing up.

Literally, I haven't listened to just one style of music since I was little.'

She added: 'I love Little Dragon and The Vaccines, but then I love B.I.G. and TLC and Destiny's Child, so you can expect variety.'

After causing a Super Bowl blackout from her energy destroying performance, King Bey continues her public relations rampage.

 

On the heels of her festive Super Bowl halftime show, Beyonce announces the "The Mrs. Carter Show" World Tour.

 

Beyonce is planning to blackout 46 cities over the next six months.

While the "End Of Time" singer plans to stop at 24 cities in the UK, she'll only be stopping at 22 cities in the States.

The Grammy-winning superstar treated the lucky audience, other celebrity guests, and Lady O to a heart-stopping performance of her brand new single, “Run The World (Girls).”

Mrs. Beyonce Knowles- Carter was spotted out in NYC with her bodyguard a few days ago looking very fresh-faced. In reported news, Mrs. "Put a Ring on it" herself has released her father of managing duties "on a business level," said publicist Yvette Noel-Schure.

“I am grateful for everything he has taught me,’’ Beyonce said of her dad. “I grew up watching both he and my mother manage and own their own businesses. They were hardworking entrepreneurs and I will continue to follow in their footsteps." Mr. Knowles is also not managing Tiffany Evans whom he just signed on to his management company not long ago. I wonder what's the real deal behind this...but good for B. Tiffany on the other hand could use some of his creole magic...lol

Beyonce is about to make her big time ‘return to the stage’ tonight as part of four shows that will take place this weekend at The Revel in Atlantic City. This will be her first time performing since her 4 Intimate Nights with Beyonce concert series that took place back in September of last year.

Pop superstar, Beyonce is not done with the 4 era just yet. On April 24, the diva will be releasing an EP called, 4: The Remix, which will feature 6 remixes of 5 songs off her platinum-selling fourth album. One of the ‘End Of Time’ remixes comes from JIMEK — the winner of competition that Beyonce started back in February. In addition to making the EP, the Polish producer walked away with $4,000.
