After finally premiering the music video for her single ‘Run the World (Girls),’ Beyonce has released the cover for her upcoming album, ’4.’ Set to hit shelves on June 28, the album is said to have been recorded between the Spring of 2009 and the Spring of 2010, during the time that Bey was taking a break from the limelight. During her hiatus, she listened to an eclectic mix of music, and the variety of influences will definitely shine through on the album.
Beyonce decided on 4 as the title after a fan name Shykeem Smith suggested it to her. It made perfect sense as both her and husband Jay-Z’s birthdays are on the 4th, so is their wedding anniversary, and this is her 4th studio album.
With her album being only a little over six weeks away, get ready for a Beyonce summer.
