GOSSIP: Chief Keef Instagrams His Own Mug Shot Post-Arrest

Rapper Chief Keef was arrested in Atlanta on Monday afternoon, when security at an Atlanta Le Méridien hotel contacted police about the smell of marijuana smoke emanating from the performer's room. 

Keef, 17, who released from custody just two months ago over a parole violation, was arrested for disorderly conduct after he briefly spoke with officers.

Keef, real name Keith Cozart, was released from the DeKalb County jail at around 3:20 in the morning. He promptly took to Twitter, letting his emojis express what he could not:



This is not the first time Cozart has over-shared on Instagram. In September 2012, he uploaded a very graphic picture of himself receiving oral sex, and was temporarily banned.

Although I listen to some of his music, I had no idea he was so young. Seems like this kid can use a good mentor in the business to steer him in the right direction. He has been in nothing but trouble since he has hit the music scene. Hopefully he cleans up his act soon or we won't be seeing much of him.

G.O.O.D Music's Pusha T and MMG's bawse team up for a new single which is sure to be tearing up the airwaves and banging in the clubs. 

A couple of weeks after the release of his Wrath of Caine mixtape, Pusha T offers up a visual for the Rick Ross assisted track. 

In the clip, the rap pair hoard their millions while agents close in on their location, trying to find them "millions in the ceiling" and the "choppers in the closet."

GOSSIP: A Close One for Rick Ross After Drive By Shooting

Several Florida news outlets are reporting that rapper Rick Ross crashed his Rolls Royce early Monday morning after an unidentified assailant fired shots at him from an unknown vehicle. Ross, who last year shrugged off death threats from the Chicago-based street gang Gangster Disciples, reportedly crashed his luxury car into a Fort Lauderdale building while attempting to escape the gunfire. Neither he nor his female passenger were injured, and the car was not hit by any bullets, according to initial reports.

Ross, a former corrections officer, became a target of the Gangster Disciples after he mentioned the gang's founder Larry Hoover in his 2010 single "B.M.F. (Blowin' Money Fast)." Though it was initially reported that Ross cancelled several tour dates last December because of the threats against his life, he later clarified that he backed out of the concerts over issues with the promoter.


Today is Ross' 37th birthday.

Lloyd, who released his mixtape Playboy Diaries, Vol. 1 back in October drops a new cut produced by DrummaBoy, encouraging the ladies to 'Twerk Off'.

“Pull your skirt down, take your shirt off, ” he sings.

 What seems to be a banger for the clubs I believe this will be a hit for Lloyd.

While he has not has much success in the present this is sure to make up for lost time. I'm sure there will be a remix to this in the future featuring some of Hip Hop's front runners (i.e. T.I.)

Juicy J adds his smooth lyrics and punch lines to the track, saying

Nicki Minaj had big plans for Hot 97's Summer Jam. Mere hours before she was slated to headline the show at New Jersey's MetLife Stadium stage on Sunday – for a hometown crowd of 80,000 – she tweeted in excitement:

That was before Lil Wayne pulled his Young Money star off the bill when Funk Master Flex and Hot 97 DJ Peter Rosenberg who has a reputation for being a bomb-thrower continued to throw shots at the femcee. 

At an event where cameos matter most, Minaj had planned to bring out an impressive cavalcade of stars: Cam'ron, 2 Chainz, Nas, Lauryn Hill, Beenie Man, Foxy Brown, and much of YMCMB (a roster that seemingly expands by the minute) were all going to be onstage with her.

Instead, she went to the club and celebrated with Foxy Brown, Beenie Man, Spragga Benz, & Cam'ron. 

When the news finally got around to Lil Kim she chimmed in on Nicki's attempt to try and reunite female emcees as Kim had already done previously on her current 'Return of The Queen' Tour.
