Lady Gaga, the world's
most popular avant garde artist suffered a concussion onstage while performing "Judas" in New
Zealand on Sunday by what was said to be a very heavy-looking metal pole, just a few days after her fellow superstar Madonna
fired shots at her (via song, naturally) in Israel.
But Gaga didn't let either incident get to her: She powered through and hit right back...making her way through 16 more songs before calling it a night.

The battle between the two pop stars began
earlier this year when Madonna called the Monster-in-Chief's song "Born
This Way" "reductive" of her hit "Express Yourself." Madge then stepped
it up a notch when, during a recent
concert in Israel, she performed a mash-up of the two tunes that many
believe sound similar. To underscore the point, Madonna added in her
song "She's Not Me."
But all this has all proved too much for Gaga. And she fired back at her June 7 show."It sometimes makes people feel better about themselves to put other people down or make fun of them or maybe make mockery of their work. And that doesn't make me feel good at all. That just makes me feel like I'm not being a good human being," Gaga says.
The 26-year-old singer continues, "Things are really different than they were 25 years ago, and that's what makes 'Born this Way' so relevant for me. We're socially in a different place and it's ok, we don't have to all slice and hate each other anymore."
Madonna needs to suck it up and put a sock in it!! Check out the video of Gaga's comments, particularly at the 2:30 mark.
