The TIME 100 issue came out with it's annual issue not long ago and it includes several folks from TV or TV-related endeavors, among them: Amy Poehler, Matthew Weiner, Joe Scarborough, Blake Lively, Oprah Winfrey, Chris Colfer, George R.
