MUSIC NEWS: Nelly Furtado New Album/Snippet of new Single

Though it was previously reported that Nelly Furtado‘s upcoming album The Spirit Indestructible (aka T.S.I.) would harken back to her 2000 debut Whoa Nelly!, we’re hearing more of a Loose vibe.

In the LP’s lead single “Big Hoops (Bigger The Better)”, produced by Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, Nelly goes returns to the hip-hop sound of her 2006 LP. The Canadian singer appears to really dig her new club tunes, since she’s seen jamming out to her song in a preview vid filmed inside the studio.

The Spirit Indestructible (which also boasts production by Nas, Salaam Remi, and Tiesto) drops June 19.

MUSIC NEWS: Are you ready for EVE's Return??

Eve has a new single coming out next month and she plans on making a statement and coming back strong!!

The rapper, actress, and fashion designer recently sat down for an interview with Women of HipHop and kept it one-hundred regarding her thoughts on females in the rap game. In the interview, Eve kept it cordial when she spoke about Nicki Minaj.

Check out her brutally honest comments about Nicki Minaj, Iggy Azalea, Lauryn Hill, and even Foxy Brown below:

 Eve on Nicki Minaj:

“People want me to hate on her, but I haven’t got anything to say about her. I wouldn’t have a problem putting her on a record – I try to be nice. I know a lot of people are mad at her.

“But I get it, I get the whole sh*t, I know she’s going crazy. I know she’s going crazy at the mouth. Until somebody mentions me by name, I don’t care, do you – because all I can do is me.

“Even going back, Foxy and Kim both came at me, and I was like ‘whoa, are you’re serious?’ If you want to come see, come see me for real – I’m not that girl.

“Foxy made a record about me and was talking wild craziness, but to me it makes me feel like – if you’re thinking about me that much – thinking about me everyday – I’m ‘f*ckin up your life.”

On ‘212‘ rapper Azealia Banks:

“I like her. I think she knows how to word play, and I think that’s cute.”

However, when it came to ‘My World’ star Iggy Azalea, she confessed:
“I’m not really into Iggy. Her look is crazy but I can’t f*ck with her music. I just can’t believe it. It doesn’t grab me.”

Then, speaking on a possible duet with Lauryn Hill, she admitted:
“You know what – my one dream collabo would be with Lauryn Hill. She’s always be the one. Unfortunately she’s in a bad mental place right now, but it would be a dream come true.”

GOSSIP: NFL Defensive end Warren Sapp files for Bankruptcy

A bad week for NFL analyst Warren Sapp was tipped to get worse, with a report indicating the bankrupt former defensive tackle will be ditched from his TV analyst gig.

The NFL Network was expected to drop Sapp in the wake of his comments over the Saints bounty scandal, The Boston Globe reported Sunday, citing two league sources.

Sapp, who reportedly filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Florida amid debts of up to $6.7 million, has not appeared on the network since he controversially outed former Saints tight end Jeremy Shockey on air as the "snitch" who prompted the league's probe into the franchise. He first made the allegation on Twitter.

Shockey vehemently denied the accusation, with the support of NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, while the NFL Network stepped away from Sapp's claims and warned him not to overstep his role as an analyst.
Sapp's contract expires in August and is not expected to be renewed, a source told the Globe.
Although a network spokesman refused to discuss his status, another source confirmed to the newspaper that Sapp was yet to be booked in for another on-air appearance.

Sapp was understood to be paid $540,000 annually from the analyst job, according to his bankruptcy filing late last month in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

In the court documents, Sapp says he has $6.45 million in assets, TMZ reported. Among his debts, the 39-year-old was said to owe hundreds of thousands of dollars in child support and nearly $1 million to the IRS.

After being selected 12th overall in the 1995 NFL Draft after a successful college career at the University of Miami, Sapp enjoyed a 12-year-career with the Bucs and Raiders -- becoming one of the NFL's most dominant defensive players and winning selection to seven Pro Bowls. He was named NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 1999.

The latest issue of Vogue Australia features Puerto Rican Joan Smalls on the cover and a fashion editorial with Melbourne model Shanina Shaik, of Pakistani, Saudi Arabian and Lithuanian heritage. Smalls is the first model of color featured on Vogue Australia's cover since Samantha Harris, who is Aboriginal, in June 2010.

"Joan is the No 2 model in the world rankings, after Lara Stone, so she's clearly hot," said Kirstie Clements, editor-in-chief of Vogue Australia. "We had also shot Shanina, who is a star on the rise, so we put them in the same issue to make a general statement about model diversity. GOSSIP: Kanye West & Kim Kardashian the new 'It' Couple?

Ladies and gentlemen, prepare yourselves for what will surely be the flashiest celebrity couple of all time: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

Kim and Kanye (Kimye? Kanyim?) may not be in love, but they're certainly a thing. They're an attention-grabbing, gold and fur-wearing thing. And you'll be seeing an awful lot of them, at least until Kim's ex Reggie Bush comes back into the picture or one of their overworked publicists quits.

In "Theraflu," the Kanye West and DJ Khaled tune leaked Wednesday evening, West cops to what many had suspected for years: Major feelings for his longtime "friend," Kim.

"I'll admit I fell in love with Kim
Around the same time she fell in love with him
Well, that's cool, baby girl, do your thing
Lucky I ain't had Jay drop him from the team."

The "him" to whom Kanye refers is undoubtedly Kim's ex-husband Kris Humphries, who plays for the New Jersey Nets—a team partially owned by Kanye's pal and collaborator Jay-Z.

Surprise, surprise: The day after the song leaked, Kim and Kanye were spotted dining together at New York City eatery Serafina, followed by a high-profile trip to FAO Schwarz. Timing, friends, is everything. Trust this match made in publicists' heaven has been a long time in the making.
